What is it?

This project focuses on enhancing the user experience for finding healthcare plans and tracking user preferences. The aim is to create a simple yet engaging experience that allows users to articulate their wants and needs, which can then be leveraged for future plan recommendations.

Objectives & Key Results:

  • Piloting Preferences: Successfully conducted a text pilot with 10,000 new accounts, resulting in 3,000 preferred engagements in the Annual Enrollment Period. This involved adding pilot experiences to support texting for Telesales agents and gathering new preferences from shoppers.
